A delicious sweet treat to warm a cold night and to use up your "almost past it" fruit!

Roasted Seasonal Fruit Crumbles

Fruit crumble is definitely a crowd pleaser and one of the easiest desserts to make! Adapt this recipe to use a variety of fruit and opt for either individual servings or a large baking dish. 

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • ¾ - 1 cup per person Feijoas, apples, pears, stone fruit etc
  • ½ cup coconut
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ¼ cup seeds
  • ¼ cup nuts
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • Pinch cinnamon

Chop fruit and place in small ramekins with a drizzle of water and sweetener if desired e.g. honey, maple syrup, brown sugar. Mix crumble ingredients together and place on baking dish. Bake at 180deg for 5mins or so until golden and crispy. Sprinkle over baked fruit and serve with yoghurt.
