Studio Rubix Mindfulness & Meditation training is designed to help you reduce and manage your stress, negative thoughts, emotions and anxiety, and ultimately build mental resilience.

Our Mindfulness Training involves a combination of our best mind tools, for an effective mind workout such as journaling, discussion, reflection, and guided meditations. You will love floating in our silk hammocks for a deeply relaxing experience.

Mindfulness is held at The Loft Studio 155 The Square

Group Mindfulness & Meditation Training

Studio Rubix hosts small group training courses at The Loft – 155 The Square. Each training course has 2 sessions which occur over 2 consecutive weeks.

If these dates do not suit you, or you wish to book a private group in at a different time, please contact us.


Join our group mindfulness training for a total of $99 (for the 2-part group courses with a complimentary workbook). These group sessions are limited to 10 people.

Private 1-1 training Mindfulness Training is a total of $199 which includes 3x45min sessions plus your own journal. You are welcome to bring a support person with you.

Private group bookings – price can be tailored on application.
