Online Workouts with Studio Rubix are body-changing.

Join us ONLINE for virtual workouts!

We’ll keep you on track with your fitness with motivating and energising workouts!
We are offering 2 options:

OPTION 1 - Pre-recorded Videos

Do in your own time! We will deliver to your inbox links to our online workouts. When you click on the link you will be directed to a youtube video. Set up your phone or laptop with space to move and enjoy a workout with your Rubix trainer. You can opt to use equipment but most workouts will not require equipment.

OPTION 2 - LIVE Streaming Classes

Join us in real-time and keep accountable to your fitness; just like our reformer pilates classes (well without the reformer!). With over 12 classes per week, there is something for everyone; pilates, resistance training, core and cardio, stretching and more.

Pilates

Reformer pilates inspired class format where we continue to condition your body to crunches, skates, lunges, and lengthening work for an easier transition back to reformer when we reopen. There will be modifications to suit all levels, plus our signature cueing and counting!

Cardio Core

These workouts will fuse short bursts of exercises to get the heart rate up and improve your cardiovascular fitness (yeah we know, you’re probably glazing over). But we’ll give you recovery time and hit that core so you’re feeling strong, fit and toned!

Stretch & Release

We’ll focus on the mobility of your body, lengthening muscles and improving the way your body feels. Let’s target those achy lower backs, tight hips and hamstrings and get your upper back feeling amazing.

Trigger, Roll, Release

This requires a foam roller and trigger ball which can be purchased and delivered through Rubix. This will take your recovery to the next level and be guided by us to keep you safe and ensure correct technique.

Banded Resistance

This requires a resistance band/dyna band, available for purchase/delivery through Rubix. We will focus on full body workouts and mobility for an effective workout. These ideas make for a great holiday workout, once our travel restrictions open!
