Director, Personal Trainer (BPhEd), Reformer Pilates Trainer (Reform Fitness) Prior to starting this business in 2014, I was a professional rugby player for over 10 years. When your job is to be as fit and strong as possible with weekly games to challenge your abilities there is a huge pressure to be at your physical and mental prime. This experience has shaped me as a trainer immensely. I am passionate in working with everyday people and athletes to motivate them, manage or prevent injuries, and encourage people to move and function better. My advice is to find a goal, motivation or something you enjoy and base your lifestyle around it.

Personal Trainer (MA, DipPT) I hale from Scotland, but have lived in New Zealand since 2014. I believe exercise should be enjoyable and enhance your life, not a chore that you have to do to stay healthy. I personally love walking and going on adventures, whether that be a quick walk after dinner or abseiling and climbing through a canyon. Good food, being active and lots of laughter make for a healthy happy life. I look forward to helping you achieve just that.
Personal Trainer (BPhEd,PGDipAppSc) Playing outdoors and being active has always been something I have enjoyed, from running around the paddocks when I was young to playing a large number of different sports in High School. Enjoying the ability to move freely is something I am very grateful for coupled with my passion to help people I found myself heading to Otago for study. I have a passion in working with high performance athletes and also non-athletes looking to function better through fitness.
