Just wanted to thank you most sincerely again for taking the time to talk to our Instructors’ at the Annual Camp on Saturday about sports nutrition. I’ve had a lot of very good feedback about it – a number of people agreed that they felt “relaxed” for the first time in a long time about how they eat and their diets, because of what you told them. And a lot of the young people commented that they learned a lot. So very positive!
We have been taking our team to corporate pilates at Studio Rubix for over a year now and everyone loves it. It is an awesome way to start the day and a great team building exercise that easily caters for a variety of fitness levels. Not only does it tone and strengthen muscles but also improves flexibility, something that we all benefit from with various injuries. The trainers are amazing and really know their stuff, we love the variety that is on offer with the different workouts and have even started incorporating cardiolates into our workouts which has been heaps of fun. It is something we would highly recommend to any companies looking for something a little bit different that also offers huge health benefits.
Our team recently completed the mindfulness course. Everyone found this really worthwhile and we can highly recommend the course, it provided us with tools to practice as well as keep using to deal with modern day busy lives we all lead and the stresses that we carry around these days. The tools give you the ability to refocus and consider situations rather than instantly reacting. Sarah was a great facilitator and helped us work through the programme really well.
Kate absolutely fabulous first night. We all loved it and so excited for night 2! We have been telling all our clients. And I actually think I would like to organize a ladies night in the new year with you doing this. We can chat more. Xx we have all had our pause moments this week and it’s been such a great tool. I approached Kate at Studio Rubix to come up with a Cooking Challenge, where in teams we would create some healthy and tasty dishes and then eat them for lunch. She was most obliging, interpreted my idea exactly as we imagined and created an extremely fun and educational afternoon. Everyone was blown away with how easy it is to create fresh, healthy and tasty dishes, and we had a heap of laughs. We all took home the Recipes and I know several of us have made many of them since.
