    • How to use a food and symptom diary to identify triggers

This interactive 60-minute workshop focuses on improving mobility so you can move with greater ease, confidence, and comfort — both in the studio and in daily life.

We’ll explore:

  • Mobility techniques to increase flexibility and joint range
  • Releasing tension in key areas like hips, shoulders, and spine
  • How mobility supports strength, performance, and recovery

Suitable for all fitness levels, this workshop is ideal if you want to enhance your workouts, recover from tight muscles, or simply move more freely. You’ll leave with simple, effective mobility drills you can easily integrate at home, in the gym, or on the go.
