WHAT MADE YOU CONTACT STUDIO RUBIX?

I felt overweight and unfit and needed help. I’d met them at the women’s’ expo 6 months prior and decided to get in touch.

WHAT ARE YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS GOALS?

to get fit, lose a little weight, look and feel good and be stronger to assist me in my work which is pretty physical.

HOW DO YOU STAY MOTIVATED TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS?

I need to have dates/events that keep me on track. I also need to see improvements and taste success. My trainers keep me accountable for regular fitness measures and challenging workouts showing my progress. I also go trail running with kate and toby weekly which keeps me motivated and makes it fun.

WHAT CHALLENGES (IF ANY) DO YOU FACE IN STRIVING FOR YOUR GOALS?

Staying on track with food and beer. getting busy on the road with work.

TELL US ABOUT A COUPLE OF SUCCESSES THIS YEAR?

Overcoming an injury and being able to finish all my events. I’ve trained hard this year for various events like the Goat and was stoked with my finishing time. I also reached a weight target that was hard earnt.
