EXPRESS REFORMER CORE POP-UP CLASSES
Join us this October for our Express Reformer Core pop-up class. This 45-minute lunchtime session is designed to challenge your core strength, balance, and stability, giving you an effective workout that fits perfectly into the middle of your day.
When: Every Thursday in October, 12:00pm – 12:45pm
Cost: $35 per class | Members $15 per class
