Studio Rubix in Palmerston North is made up of Kate & Toby Morland (husband/wife/directors) and our awesome recruits Bryan Clements and Keegan Murphy (Personal Trainers). We offer a personalised nutrition and personal training gym where you come to get results. We’re on a mission to inspire and empower people to move and fuel their bodies to achieve healthy and sustainable results.

We believe life is a bit like a Rubik’s Cube; full of twists & turns and the constant challenge to juggle elements such as fitness, food, injuries and work-life balance. Often you need to let someone look at your puzzle from a different angle. That is where we come in and help you crack your code. More importantly you will have an exceptional experience in our inviting studio/gym space.

While most of us have a fair idea on how to get fit, eat better or train for an event, there are times when we just need to be pointed in the right direction or have our hand held for a bit to gain confidence before stepping back out there on our own. At Studio Rubix, we see ourselves as motivators, as a support crew, as trustworthy and genuinely good people who know the ins and outs of optimising fitness, food and injury recovery/prevention.
