Reformer Pilates Instructor

Part-time | Casual Contractor

Interested in becoming a Rubix Reformer Pilates Trainer?

Passionate? Energetic? Goal-Focused? Like to be part of a vibrant team in the mighty Manawatu?

We currently have an exciting opportunity for our next team member(s) to join the Studio Rubix team. The role can be for one or multiple persons with around 10 classes currently requiring regular cover.

ESSENTIAL to the position is:

– a desire to deliver exceptional reformer pilates classes
– a positive and can-do attitude
– the desire to learn and develop your skills
– a professional and high standard of work ethic
– the ability to work independently and as part of a team
– the ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends on a rostered basis

Experienced Personal Trainer

Part-time

Interested to join our team as our next Personal Trainer?

Play a pivitol role in helping our community achieve their fitness goals by designing personalised training plans, providing guidance on exercise techniques, and offering motivation and support during training sessions.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PT to join the Studio Rubix team. Initially we are offering a part-time position which has potential to grow to full-time.

ESSENTIAL to the position is:

-Knowledge of Exercise Science: A strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise principles is essential.
-Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with clients, listen to their concerns, and provide clear instructions.
-Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with clients, creating a positive and supportive environment, and motivating them to achieve their goals.
-Patience and Empathy: Understanding that everyone’s fitness journey is unique and providing support and encouragement along the way.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to transition leads into clients

Studio Sales & Account Manager

Part-time

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven person to join our small team who can foster strong relationships with clients, leading to increased customer loyalty and retention, while also driving sales.
Key Responsibilities of a combined role:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Sales Performance:
    Meeting and exceeding sales targets, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing strategies to grow the business.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
  • Account Management:
    Managing a portfolio of clients, understanding client needs, and developing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Cross-selling and Upselling:
    Identifying opportunities to increase revenue by selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and providing reports to management.
  • Collaboration:
    Working with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
