Studio Rubix offers Mindfulness & Meditation training which is an amazing opportunity to relax, refocus and connect with others whilst learning this powerful new life skill. You can choose from private coaching or join one of our courses.

We offer personalised 1-1 sessions so you can book at a time that suits and focus solely on you, or you can join one of our courses below.
Our courses for 2020 are FULL. Dates for 2021 are now open for bookings. Each course has 3 sessions with occur over 3 consecutive weeks:
- Thursday Jan 28th, Feb 4, 11th 2021 12-1pm
- Monday February 15, 22, March 1st 2021 5.30-6.30pm

Part 1: Intention & Motivation

Price
Investing into your mindfulness training is $120 (for the group courses) or $300 (for private training) which includes 3x60min sessions plus your own journal. These sessions are not paid for separately as the course is designed to be delivered over the 3 sessions.

Who should attend?
This series of workshops are designed for anyone wanting to learn more about Mindfulness and enjoy its many benefits
Will I just be sitting and meditating?
No at all! The guided mindfulness breathing and meditation exercises make up about 10mins of each session and we change our positioning throughout the sessions.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring a pen you will be given a Mindfulness journal.
What should I wear?
Whatever you feel comfortable in.
Is this religious?
No, there is no reference to religion.
