Kate has provided me with fantastic nutritional advice. Normally I can’t understand that sort of information but Kate made it super easy and put it in terms I could really understand. She is an absolute expert in all things healthy. The follow up was good to see how I was going and I am heading towards a much healthier lifestyle. Thanks for your help.

The team at Studio Rubix are amazing! My husband and I have had so much fun getting strong and more flexible with Pilates. Toby is an excellent personal trainer as well, helping tailor an exercise program that is achievable and sustainable in a busy life.

I joined a gym once upon a time but like most people who do I failed to utilise it, Studio Rubix is the complete opposite – I signed up for a series of lunchtime sessions, and really hate missing them! Toby is great at encouraging and motivating, his sessions (and Kate’s) cater to a range of abilities, but challenge everyone there. I’m getting fitter, and enjoying doing it!

Kate has been a massive help as I have been working on balancing my nutrition with a very busy and active life of a student and athlete. I have really enjoyed working with her to adapt my diet to benefit me in the long term and help me to reach my potential. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs any advice with nutrition. I just had my first Reformer Pilates session at Studio Rubix after winning a trial through their Facebook comp and what an awesome all over body burn it was! Absolutely loved it – such controlled movements that work your whole body! Thanks so much Studio Rubix! I’ll be back.
