Aerial Fitness at The Loft
Aerial Fitness is a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Meditation on a whole new level. Workouts take place in silk hammocks that act like a supportive sling so you can explore new exercise techniques whatever your ability. You can stretch, strengthen and suspend your body in a safe and relaxing way under the guidance of our trained instructors.

Once you have mastered the basics you can progress to our beginners class where we progress fundamental movements and challenge you with poses and inversions to build your strength, flexibility and confidence.
Although there are many benefits to Aerial Fitness; there are several contraindications to performing inversions and we would need to be mindful of how to adapt movements to best suit your needs. Please refer to the Health Considerations {insert link}
