Your chance to build athletic skills

The Young Athletes Academy is designed to teach young people (aged 11-17) great training habits as well as improve their movement capability and mobility, and increase their strength and conditioning for their sport or general fitness. It’s the perfect way to increase their confidence and competitive edge.

Past Academy members have loved our vibrant gym environment and the support they get during the program from our Personal Trainers, Dietitians and other Academy members alike.

There is no better way to set goals (then achieve them!) than enrolling in our Young Athletes Academy.

2021 Academy Details

Young Athlete’s Academy Term 3

6 Aug – 24 Sept
Friday 4:00 – 5:00 pm

Please contact us with alternative date requests.

Cost:
$160 per person (one session per week)

We offer a 10% sibling discount – please enquire.

The content is adapted each term to ensure those who have attended subsequent programs will continue to develop their skill base. We consider ‘training age’ when taking applications.

Spaces are limited to ensure a personalised approach.

We are happy to take inquiries about alternative days and times!

What your teen will achieve over the 8 weeks:

  • learn correct movement techniques
  • improve strength, power, flexibility and coordination
  • gain basic nutrition knowledge around fuel and recovery
  • interact with peers and have fun
  • learn how to put together a warmup, cooldown, basic workout program
