Our cooking classes and personal lessons teach you how to cook healthy, easy and affordable meals. Held in our vibrant studio, our Dietitian and Nutrition coaches will educate and inspire you with practical tips for creating healthy and tasty food. Expect to have a hands-on experience and come with a good appetite; we’ll prepare recipes based on seasonal ingredients, flavour and always with the idea that you’ll repeat these at home! Recipes are plant-based and can be made gluten and dairy-free. Advice will be offered to include meat-based protein.
We are taking private 1-1 and group bookings only. Get a group together and book in!
