Our qualified team made up of Personal Trainers, Mindfulness Facilitators and a Nutrition coaches will tailor exercise, mindset and nutrition advice to suit your goals, whether you’re struggling with your weight, recovering from injury, wanting to enhance athletic performance or simply just want to feel better! Our popular Reformer Pilates classes will also get you in top shape.

Our team recently completed the mindfulness course. Everyone found this really worthwhile and we can highly recommend the course, it provided us with tools to practice as well as keep using to deal with modern day busy lives we all lead and the stresses that we carry around these days. The tools give you the ability to refocus and consider situations rather than instantly reacting. Sarah was a great facilitator and helped us work through the programme really well.
