Cooking classes for any occasion
Our cooking classes and personal lessons teach you how to cook healthy, easy and affordable meals. Held in our vibrant studio, our Dietitian and Nutritionist will educate and inspire you with practical tips for creating healthy and tasty food. Expect to have a hands-on experience and come with a good appetite; we’ll prepare at ~5 recipes based on seasonal ingredients, flavour and always with the idea that you’ll repeat these at home! Recipes are plant-based and can be made gluten and dairy-free. Advice will be offered to include meat-based protein.
We are taking private 1-1 and group bookings only. Get a group together and book in!

Book a cooking class
You’ll leave these sessions, nourished, invigorated and inspired to get creative in your own kitchen. So, get together with friends, family or work colleagues for some cooking fun at Studio Rubix!
Classes are typically held in the evenings from 6-8pm subject to availability. Lunchtime sessions can also be arranged. We are only taking private bookings for the remainder of 2020.

I joined a gym once upon a time but like most people who do I failed to utilise it, Studio Rubix is the complete opposite – I signed up for a series of lunchtime sessions, and really hate missing them! Toby is great at encouraging and motivating, his sessions (and Kate’s) cater to a range of abilities, but challenge everyone there. I’m getting fitter, and enjoying doing it!
Kate has been a massive help as I have been working on balancing my nutrition with a very busy and active life of a student and athlete.
