Aerial Yoga, Mat Pilates & Barre and Mindfulness Workshops
We offer a range of classes at The Loft including Aerial Yoga, Mat Pilates & Barre, Restorative Yoga and workshops; Mindfulness, Meditation and Body Positive Mindset. Each class is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and relax your mind. Don’t fret about the hammocks…these simply act like a supportive sling (which can take up to 500kg) so you can explore new exercise techniques whatever your ability, shape or size. You can stretch, strengthen and suspend your body in a safe and relaxing way under the guidance of our trained instructors.

Aerial Yoga Beginners
This Beginners aerial class combines pilates and yoga movements and enables you to experience the zero-compression inversion that AntiGravity Fitness is so famous for. You will learn grips and technique so you can enjoy the progressions with confidence and safety.
Aerial Yoga Intermediate
Once you have mastered the basics in beginners classes you can progress to our intermediate class where we progress fundamental movements and challenge you with poses and inversions to build your strength, flexibility and confidence.
Aerial Yoga Restorative
Restorative Aerial Yoga takes place in a low hammock suspended just off the floor to enable deep release through muscles and joints. Think long stretches, guided breathing meditations and a feeling like your body is floating and light. Highly recommended!
Mat & Barre Pilates
Mat & Barre pilates is a high energy way to gain full body strength and muscle tone. You will work with props such as balls, bands and the barre under the guidance of an instructor who can ensure you are tailored for in regards to fitness level and ability. Suitable for all ages. Regressions and progressions to suit all fitness levels.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Aerial Mindfulness & Meditation takes place in both floor seats with some meditation poses in the low aerial hammock. Each class is different and we teach you tools including breathwork, meditation, journaling and discussion to better cope with difficult emotions, thoughts and stress. Classes are 45mins.
