Ingredients:
- 3/4-1 cup per person of apples
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup seeds
- 1/4 cup nuts
- 2tbsp oil
- pinch cinnamon
Method:
- Chop fruit and place in small ramekins with a drizzle of water and sweetener if desired e.g. honey, maple syrup, brown sugar.
- Mix crumble ingredients together and place on baking dish
- Bake at 180deg for 5min or until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle over baked fruit and serve with yogurt.
Notes:
- Choose apples that are firm and slightly tart for the best flavour and texture in your crumble
- Experiment with different flavours by subbing out apples for other seasonal fruits like feijoas, pears, or stone fruit
