We all need a little boost to get through busy school or work days, and that’s where our Chocolate Oat Energy Bites come in. Packed with oats, dates, and a hint of cocoa, they provide slow-release energy to keep you fuelled and focused. They’re quick to make, easy to store, and perfect for lunchboxes, mid-morning snacks, or a pre-training pick-me-up. Best of all, they’re deliciously chocolatey without feeling like an indulgence — a snack that tastes as good as it works.

- The combination of oats, dates and nutsprovides slow-release energy to help keep you going between meals.
- They also keep well in the fridge for several days, making them a great make-ahead snack.
- Swap the nuts or seeds for your favourites, or leave them out entirely for a nut-free version
- Easy to grab and take with you, making them ideal for busy mornings, study sessions, or pre-training fuel.
