I have been applying the suggestions you put to me and looking at my nutrition slightly differently now which seems to feel more as holistic approach as I'm learning new ways to cook meals (dusting off my Revive Cafe cookbooks) and basically viewing food as a way of really giving me all the nutrients etc that I need to replace in my body from years of addiction and it feels right and I'm a lot more relaxed and in happier place at this point so it's really benefited me seeing you.

Toby and Kate are both great at what they do and so down to earth. They have set a great training programme for me and i get the maximum out of my workouts. My partner has seen Kate on many of her cooking classes and swears by the recipes which are so tasty and healthy, it's really changed our way of eating and helped introduce us to many ingredients we wouldn't usually use. Healthy and motivating is how i would describe our experiences with Studio Rubix. They are both friendly and approachable and get to know you personally in order to help you on your health journey.
